increments with partial minutes rounded up to the next
full minute. Applicable federal, state and local taxes
and surcharges (such as Monthly PICC and Universal
Service Fund) may apply. A monthly LEC bill fee of $4.95
will be applied to your telephone bill. Your local
telephone company may charge a nominal switching fee for
