Frequently Asked Questions
ANSWERS
How do we
offer such low rates?
We buy our network in bulk
from large nationwide network providers. Since we buy
in such bulk, our rates are deeply discounted. We do not
have the high advertising costs of a major carrier, so
we pass along the savings to our customers.

How do
the 250 free minutes work?
As a “thank you” for becoming a TeleDias customer, you will receive a calling card
containing 250 FREE minutes. The company

What is a switching
fee?
You may be charged a "PIC Switching fee" by your local
phone company for handling your switch. Most consumers
are unaware that it is NOT the long distance provider
that charges a switching fee, but rather your local
telephone company. Your local provider is the one that
changes the PIC Code (code used to associate your
lines with a particular carrier and long distance
provider), since they are the ones that route
your long distance calls to the provider of your choice.
In most cases, your local provider will charge an
average of $5.00 per line when switching long distance
companies. Some local providers will charge a fee for
switching your long distance (InterState and IntraState)
and another fee to switch your IntraLata long distance.
